Put buckwheat flakes with chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, cashew seeds and vanilla in a bowl. Cover with plant milk or water overnight and leave to soak.
Stone the plums, cut them into quarters and put them in a pot. Add rice syrup and cinnamon and simmer for 5-6 minutes at medium heat.
Alternate the muesli mixture with natural yoghurt and plum compote layers. Garnish with nuts and other fruits as desired.
