Welcome. It’s nice to have you as a reader. I’m Adaeze, a holistic dietition and the face behind Naturally Good. I live near Heidelberg with my two children, my husband and our family dog and love the activity and variety in my daily life. That applies especially to food, sport and travel and is how the idea for my blog came to be.

How do you, with a little discipline, easily and permanently incorporate a healthy diet and an active lifestyle into your daily routine? I’ve spent a long time thinking about this…

On Naturally Good, my healthy-lifestyle blog, I deal with this and many other interesting questions on the topics of holistic health – sport – nutrition – relaxation and anti-aging. But mostly, I want to encourage, motivate and show ways others can naturally achieve their fitness and nutritional goals, comfortably and without feeling deprived.

I’m convinced that our general well-being and appearance cannot be separated from our diet. For this reason, my Credo is:

Live Natural – Be Healthy – Eat Good

In my daily life that means:

  • being active
  • nourishing myself healthfully and naturally
  • not denying myself, rather
  • enjoying everything in moderation
  • throwing the thought of dieting out the window

Over the last years I’ve given a lot of thought to the different types of dietary and workout methods. In my blog entries I take a holistic approach to different types of nourishment according to the ‘Clean Food’ and ‘Clean Eating’ principles. I include my recipe suggestions and present efficient training methods that will enable you to effectively achieve your fitness goals.

Additionally, I regularly interview experts and organize related workshops in order to bring you up to date on the newest trends in the healthy-living movement. Since I love to travel and learn about other countries and their cultures, I also share here my city, hotel, restaurant and favorite locale tips with you.

Maybe you just want to let yourself be a little inspired by my topics and recipes, or maybe you want to integrate some of them into your daily routine. That would be my pleasure. :)

My primary motivation still remains encouraging others to find their own way to believing in their dreams and goals, because, as Paulo Coelho’s quote says, it’s never too late.
